When selects are ready virtual focus group members are alerted via text to log into Zoom and join a special breakout room lead by production and or a client representative. Each station on any production has its own camera and appears as a separate window. Cameras use AI to frame who is speaking so it is just like being on set. Never miss a second of the action!
Easily select which station you want to chat with and collaborate with Hair, Makeup, Styling, the Photographer, Producer and view the live capture screen watching images as they come in. Speak directly to the Digital Tech and favorite images as they come in. Speak to the photographer or watch the overall set.
Creative directors can be in full control remotely while clients, vendors, and anyone who wants to watch the progress can be placed in a breakout room so they don’t disturb the flow of the shoot.

GoLive™ Virtual Focus Groups
For mission critical shoots with a media buy too large to risk GoLive™ allows virtual focus groups where the final selection is pushed to a live focus group that is selected to represent the right demographic. Now Virtual Focus Groups can happen during the photoshoot so every detail can be examined and anything that doesn’t resonate with your demographic can be changed on set. Cuts the cost of changes down and eliminates the potential for a re-shoot.

Built-in Security with password encryption
Many of our clients have projects that are highly confidential. Virtual offices all secured through encryption and password access prevents accidental exposure of your top secrete project from visitors to the office. When you have a project that just can not be leaked The Atfluence Agency should be your first choice as you won’t find visitors walking through the office and overseeing your project’s mood board.
Our high speed 4k Video Servers are all located on a private network using the highest security so it is impossible for anyone to get a glimpse of your project until it is ready for public annoucment.
GoLive™ Remote Productions
Hair, Makeup, Wardrobe, Production, Photographer, Overall Stage View and Digital Tech all have separate GoLive™ stations that appear as different windows in a Zoom session.
Each station of a shoot appears as a window on Zoom. The art director can choose who can speak and who he is speaking to at any point in time.
Everyone else that attends the shoot can be placed in a separate breakout room so they can have an open discussion without disturbing the flow of the set. When anyone needs to interact with the director they can just re-join the main room and be part of the shoot.
Atfluence can set up an entirely separate virtual focus group to review final images place in a layout. Never before has there been the ability to get live feedback from a focus group during the shoot. When we wrap everyone will have peace of mind that every details was attended to.
Virtual Attendance Robot
The ultimate solution for control freaks that want to be able to physically move around set and speak to the people around them interacting as if they were physically on set.
Atfluence offers our exclusive Telepresence Robot for creative directors and executives that want to be on set but don’t want to travel to the shoot. The TP robot can be controlled easily through either a desktop, iPad, or iPhone and allows the art director or any key decision-maker to physically move around the set and have interactions with everyone present.
When combined with GoLive™ the TP robot appears as any other screen on the main Zoom call and can interact with others joining on via Zoom.

GoLive™ is better than being on set in person because you can sit at your computer and view the live capture screen and monitor images and video as they are captured. No more hunching over the Digital Tech’s screen you are able to share the same screen as the digital tech and speak to him directly, during the shoot by speaking directly with the digital tech.
Within seconds of any image or video being captured each one is processed using the style treatment decided by the photographer and creative director and uploaded to an encrypted dropbox that syncs with a folder on your desktop. That means that you have a set of images to make selections and do quick mockups throughout the shoot.
Approved selections can be separated so that the digital tech knows which images you have selected. Creative directors are able to edit and place images in a layout or one of our production assistants can place the top selection in a layout and push to the Virtual Focus Group. Without the distractions and inconvenience of being on set creative directors can focus on selection and approval of the right image so when the shoot is over your job is done.
